Hindu festivals are joyous, vibrant celebrations and occasions of self-reflection. The various festivals honor natural phenomena such as seasonal change and
harvest, commemorate incarnations of Divinity, and celebrate familial and social relationships. Most festivals are marked by the Hindu lunar calendar.
