The process of realizing Unity between the individual self and the Divine self can happen through different paths or orientations. All of the possible lifestyles which are conducive to yoga have been distilled into four essential spiritual paths:


The spiritual paths are all intertwined, Bhakti although is devotion in the idea of divine, only upon truly understanding and knowing the various attributes of divinity, which is part of Jnana yoga one can cherish Bhakti. Chanting of slokas or taking part in bhajans is part of Bhakti yoga, understanding what those chants mean and contemplating on them is Jnana yoga.

Raja Yoga is the spiritual path related to the yogic exercises..

Raja Yoga, where we perform Yogic exercises (showcased in Yoga poster) & understanding of the philosophy behind yoga is a great place to start.
